Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York, New York U.S.A. is an American actress who is known for her portrayal of strong but vulnerable characters. Linney was raised in an theatre-loving family, with her father Romulus Linney being a playwright. She graduated at Brown University in 1986 and further studied at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow before graduating from the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) located in New York City in 1990. She was in New York City when she began the beginning of her Broadway career. The audience praised her for both Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
